I am not going to ruin the surprise at the end of this commercial. You will get the meaning of the phrase "AIDS is mass murder" by the end. This commercial comes from Germany and it is trying to convey the obvious message that having unprotected sex with a stranger is not okay. I think we all know this - except for those few who can't help but to get their willy wet.

Back in 2005, Jewel appeared on MTV's TRL (Total Request Live). She proceeded into the TRL box with her then boyfriend, nobody cares about him or his name, and she whips out one of her boobs thinking there is no camera in the box. Her man starts giving her nipple mouth to mouth without the other mouth.

Nancy Botwin will never regret her decision to appear nude in a bathtub in the hit showtime TV series Weeds but the actress who plays her will, Mary-Louise Parker. She believes she was "goaded" and that she "knew it was going to be on the Internet: 'Mary-Louise shows off her big nipples.'" To me, she sounds like a big baby. The scene isn't gratuitous nor is it extremely obscene.
