There is only one woman from A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master who has ever appeared nude, but thank god for us she has appeared nude a lot. Hope Marie Carlton played "Pin Up Girl" in Dream Master. She was also a Playboy Playmate in 1990 and starred in classic films such as Hard Ticket to Hawaii, Ghoulies III: Ghoulies Go to College, and two episodes of Hotel Erotica.
